Uhoh  Average Words A Minute

So, since we all obviously all type something here at FFR, what would your average words a minute be? I found out in my Business Computer Information Systems (we just all it BCIS) class, and for me, i've done everything from 70 to 100. What's weird is that I don't even use home row keys either. I just memorize words within and recite them by typing the words out. I've memorized where every letter, number, and symbol on the keyboard are so I don't need to look at my keyboard hardly ever.

But my average words a minute are: 76

What about you guys? Anyone a really slow typer? Fast typer? Anyone use the "home row" keys? Anyone "peck"?

I can do up to 70+ words per minute.

I found it out by checking on a typing test thingy..

I really dunno, but I believe when I was in computer class last year I typed about 50 a min, but I type much faster now so I don't know

How can you find out. Im pretty fast cos I remeber words that I type over and over. DemonZ where did you do that typing test??

I'm not really that sure but I can type without looking at the keyboard and I don't "peck" I probably type about 70 words per minute.

about 95. But that's with typos. About, 15 typos. Without typos, I can type about 80+ words a minute.

I learned my typing from AOL, and messenger services.
