YEVON ARENA
R U L E S A N D R E G U L A T I O N S

Welcome to the Yevon Arena! In the main portion of Yevon, we accept, create, and preserve guilds. Guilds were originally used within the battle system as a means of combat. Since the battle system has since been eradicated, we now treat guilds similarly to clubs. Here are the rules.

Registration
Guilds no longer require approval. The only reason a guild will be removed is if it doesn't follow forums guidelines, is a duplicate of another, or if the founder is already a member of another guild. This is a brand new policy.

Guild Stipulations
  1. Compliance With Board Guidelines
Should a guild be created with ill-manner or doesn't match up to forum rules, that guild will be removed instantaneously.
  2. Duplicate Clans Are Barred
Any clans that are clones, duplicates, spin-offs of another guild will automatically be removed. Seek staff approval if you have any questions about this.
  3. No More Post/Join Date Requirements
You can be a brand new member of the forums and be able to create and/or join a guild of your choosing. This ensures fairness among all of our members.
  4. No More Membership Cap
Until the battle system is restored (if ever), then it's senseless to put a limit onto the amount of members to a guild. Thus, join up at your leisure!
  5. Guild Loyalty Clause
Members are not allowed to be in more than one guild at once. Members who break this rule will be removed from the most recent guild they've joined and be restored to their original guild.
  6. Leader's Discretion
If a member desires admission into a guild, the guild leader can choose the member's fate at their leisure. Acceptance and denial based on any sort of reasoning is perfectly acceptable. Explanations are not necessary; if it's your clan, you do what you want.
  7. Posting in a Guild You Don't Belong In
No one is allowed to post in a thread they're not members of unless they're asking for admission into the guild. Those who disobey this rule will be issued warnings; please do your best to follow the letter of the law.
Contact us for any information!
Aurelius.
