My site is the first link and it has a test page up, it's 88% done but the layout is fully fuctional, just some links are being worked on. Also the forums are being worked on.
The second site is a very good website and community, I really like it and the layout and forums are flawless in design and very user friendly.

I don't think my friend's one will, but the shortened link I was using for my site is not working. Take a look at least of the site and see what you think first before you make rash judgements of my site though.....
