The only way to do get a free server that supports vB and still gives enough space is to leech off of an existing server, other than that, I don't know. I could refer you to an expensive one, but that of course costs $$$.

Most free servers don't provide PHP and MySQL because its such a bandwith hog Pay money if you want good service...

i think host.sk supports all that, but you're gonna have to deal with those cyrilic letters.
