I started a site with a mate of mine back in 2003 called NuTang.com. He is the coding genius behind it, while I have been merely responsible for the ideas and a large part of the graphics. We've had thousands of members over the years, but as blogging is but a trend for many, there's only a couple hundred active at most. Anyway, I present it now to you, FFR:
I sent in a submission for the "Turnpike" here, so hopefully I can get it advertized up there. My friend, who happens to be named Dave, is going to make it so that anyone referred by FFR can get a free pass, but it might not be up yet. So if you want to join, use one of these referrer passes:
I don't get the "revenue-sharing" part. Elaborate?
The signup only sends an email to the admin...and the new owner set the "admin" email to a non-existent one...so please wait while I fix this and adjust the system to allow easier signups. Re-submit it in the morning, t'should be done by now.

As explained by Dave:

So here's how this wonderful program will work. Members will accrue credits (1 credit = 1 pageview of their blog). Credits can then be traded in for CA$H!
Current rate:
$0.37 CPM
Details:
- minimum payout of $20
- the exchange rate may vary at any time, but you will be paid according to the exchange rate at the time of your request for payout
- as of now, payments can only be made via PayPal (don't have an account? get one for free here using my referral's link: https://www.paypal.com/us/mrb/pal=8TVC3LJNTLCWW)
- if getting a paypal account poses as a problem, I'll come up with some alternative (e.g. I'll pay with pps instead or something)
FAQ: How is NuTang getting the money to fund this program?
Advertisers are paying us an average of $0.50 CPM (i.e. per 1000 credits). I'm then splitting that up with you guys.
Something seems amiss. What's wrong?
This is just "unconventional." Usually, take Xanga for example, you will have to pay the service to remove the banners from your site. Here, we will pay you to put the banners on your site.
Also, I believe since then the money per page-view has increased, but I'll have to double check with him if that was edited into this explanation.

Edit : If you wish to submit a banner to the turnpike, you can do so from now on. It'll be reviewed by whoever's in charge of doing that and said person will, I s'pose, contact you to inform you (or you'll see soon enough by yourself I guess).
