i have been wanting to create a site for a long time but im really no good at all with html code or anycode for thtat matter so i was wondering if maybe soeone would help me and make a partnership i have many ideas for a site so i guess what im asking for is a web designer this is just a sugjestion

How would you split up the work though? I mean yeah you have the ideas, but what actual work can you do if the other person does all the coding? Any good with graphics?
