I adapted the hack from FFInsider.net. It works on vBulletin v2.2.2. I will be posting it just as soon as I get through debugging and testing. Great hack though. Keep on a lookout for it. Peace.

GROSS! That hack is like the ultimate of UGLY, it's a rancid, ugly, disgusting and utterly pointless hack. Its only use is for boards where there are more than 5 moderators on most of the forums, but when that's not the case, the hack is the ugliest thing to have appeared on a vBulletin system EVER!

FFG told me in IRC that he thought I didn't like this particular hack.... |

Well... That's not an exact quote... It's more like:
FFG:
"Dude! You don't like that Mod Dropdown hack do you!? "
Kura:
"...What made you think that? "
---
I don't think I would like it either since you kida told me what it was.

| I use it on my current boards, but on my beta board I'm not going to use it, since it makes it harder to see who the mods are on a forum. |

| I actually think that hack is quite attractive. Kura, what's the fuss about? |

From an aesthetic point of view, the pull-down menu for moderators is simply horrible.

Look at that page. The way moderators are dealt with there is aesthetically much better. The current (default) way, here, is much better, too. The essence of it all is that text-links for mods = good, ugly pull-down menu's for mods = bad. Besides, the pulldown will appear even on forums without any mod at all, and it'll just show an ugly "Moderators" option (and a line, iirc).
You wouldn't like to see the Forum Jump in the middle of the Home page, either, now would you? There you go then. |

| Just to go a little off subject here, Kura, do you run vbPortal on your main site? And if so is it good? |
