Well, I can tell you about villagephotos, I just signed up, you can upload up to 25 images, it's a bit of a pain to get the url for the img link, but other than that, so far so good.
umm, if I get the link right, freeservers.com has a free hosting service, they have premade templates too, in case you just don't wanna list HTML editors too, 'cause it might be helpful for some people.
I know that evrsoft is a good one
