errm... no. With broadband connections, your IP is usually static. Dial-Up users usually get dynamic IPs. That means an IP is assigned to them with every connection they make. If they disconnect and reconnect they will get a new IP address.
There's an option in windows related to this. I'll find it an post back.
my IP changed every second... I installed something and now it changes every second... it doesent work sometimes though... but it keeps my IP away from hackers

I dont know. But I got it from kazaa, and I was an admin at a site once... and everytime I posted, I looked at my IP, and it was different...
dunno, I just thought it was neat... now my computer has been "recoverd" and I lost it...
