| since my last host was the WORST piece of **** on the face of the earth, i'm in need of a new host. Can any of you recommend me some good and reliable hosts? preferably under 20 bucks a month.. |

Check into their Virtual Site plan. It supports mySQL, PHP, CGI, the goods.. And all for just 10 dollars per month.
If that's not enough for ya, you could try Dedicated Servers, like mine. It's the cheapest they come, price-wise, and the options are endless. |

na i like powweb or whatever u use cause it hasnt been down yet and the upload speeds are fast |
