New details for Fabula Nova Crystallis

There are some tasty new FFXIII details making the rounds on the internet. Everything from story and gameplay, to a very vague release date for one of the titles. What we know:
Final Fantasy XIII Story
* The game will center on Lightning, the female lead.
* The blond male character seen in the TGS trailer has been describe by Nomura as "cowboy-like"... Nomura when on to cryptically say that the relationship between he and Lightning was "not the usual sort".
* The blond character's name will have something to do with weather.
* Cocoon is a floating city sealed in a shell, and Crystals are used in the creations of powerful machines and creatures.
* The world outside of Cocoon is known as Pulse. Pulse is greatly feared by the people of Cocoon.
* The government of Cocoon has begun rounding up people considered "suspicious" and exiling them to Pulse in order to ensure "public safety".
* Lightning is chosed by a Crystal to protect the city... which also sets her against the government of Cocoon, who believe she will cause their downfall and ultimately the downfall of Cocoon.
Final Fantasy XIII Gameplay
* FFXIII will use the Active Time Battle (ATB) system
* There will be little to no delay between the issuing of commands and the characters taking action.
* Summons will have a different role than usual. They will be able to change form (Shiva will turn into a motorcycle for Lightning), and will not be limited to a single element.
* Characters will gain the ability to create certain items from the Crystals.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII Story
* Versus will take place in modern setting, but will feature swords and magic.
* The kingdom in which the main character lives is an isolated one.
* The Crystal in the city is the last of its kind.
* Nomura says that the story is not the usual good vs. evil fare. The game will focus on the last battle for the last Crystal, and the outcome of this battle will usher in a new era.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII Gameplay
* The battle system will be much more action-oriented.
* Characters will have weapons that differ from that of the main character.
* The main character will be able to teleport to where his weapon is thrown.
Final Fantasy Agito XIII
* The mobile phone game is being developed in full 3D.
* The protagonist will have the task of protecting a Crystal.
* Agito may be available near the end of this year, making it the first title in the Fabula Nova Crystallis project to be released.
