Beware... unconfirmed rumors and speculation follow.
According to some English-language gaming sites, who heard it from some German and Dutch gaming sites, who heard it from "a source close to Square Enix", everyone's favorite gaming company has been making secret plans to sell off two of it's franchises.
Which titles will go are unknown (heck, the whole thing is juicy, juicy, unconfirmed gossip to begin with), but at least one of the German sites is speculating that Kingdom Hearts may be shipped off to Buena Vista Games and the Chrono Trigger license to Mistwalker.
It is true? Or is it just some guy sitting in his basement making stuff up to torment the fanboys and fangirls? Probably the latter, but hey... it makes for some interesting speculation, doesn't it?
