Because michigan is so ghetto ass backwards and can't get its **** strait with the state budget, the michigan state government is shutting down tomorrow.
althought they assure us that it won't be a big deal, just one look at their Q and A FAQ thing shows differently

yeah, sounds great. how the hell am I supposed to make it through the next few weeks of class without being able to drink, smoke, or gamble to continue to pay my tuition? They're also limiting state police and ****.

we've been told that our school will continue on, since its a university and not a public school, but there is still a chance we might get a snow day. for anyone that doesn't know what a snow day is, its when you get a lot of snow and cancel school or if the state government is gay and needs a week off to adjust to coming out of the closet.
also, I got my roommate, who is from Brazil, to believe that the last time this happened(it never has) we were able to sneak into the detroit zoo and play with the elephants. He either genuinely believes us, or he's just bull****ting us like the dirty untrustworthy brazilian he is. that little bastard and his shady smile.
I need to finish up school quick and get the **** out of this state. I was just starting to like it here too.
