Josuke Becomes New Administrator & More..

Josuke has been appointed to become our newest administrator alongside myself. Josuke is honorable, patient, nice, and a good worker. By selecting him as administrator, he will replace Eternity's formor status.
Along with Josuke becoming the new administrator, I have promoted Gadwinus to become our next and newest Economic Officer.

We've also adapted a new administration format, in which abides to a classification system. Our new administration rule is below:
All members must be in the class under the promoted class. [Ex: Moderators to Super Moderators]
Our classification system goes in this order: Banned, Members, Moderator, Super Moderator, Economic Officer, Administrator.
A new system has been created in order to fill positions fully. We will try and have a total of 12 members divided within the administration. We will use the following format:
Administrators: 2 total members
Economic Officers: 2 total members
Super Moderators: 3 total members
Moderators: 5 total members
The new administration format is designed to help give structure to our organization, and help members understand whether or not a moderator spot is available. |

Thank you for your confidence and support in this afterlab. And Congradulations to Gadwinus on his promotion. 
We've seen alot at FFR all together and I myself have seen quite a bit alone. I'll take all the lessons I've learned from the people before me, as a starting point to improve on. In the coming weeks I'll be keeping the staff busy on voting on the current staff situation, since I've been observing a problem recentally.
Further growth of My IRC Chat to be an easy medium of communication seems to be a good venture aswell, since many of the staff have already visited the chat.
But, the most important advancement of all of this, is of course the social one. We will again have someone to make a decision on things and get the ball rolling again.
I know that the majority of FFR was with me through all of this and I would also like to thank the Members of FFR for their support. For those who don't agree with my Adminship, I hope that you can learn to trust in my abilities.

Congradulations Jon. You deserved it. Doesn't it feel great becoming an Administrator to a very popular FF Fansite? *Looks At Status On FFD* Lol. Looks like I'm back in the game aswell. Feels great. Thanks.

| What else can I say that hasn't already been said =P Congratulations Josuke, you have definetely earned it and I'm sure you won't let anyone down. Also congrats to Gadwinus on the promotion, since I've been here I've noticed you as one of the sternest (not necessarily a bad thing), fairest, and most intelligent staff members on the list. Thanks to Eric for taking the initiative and getting things done. Things are looking good ya'll! ^.^! |
