I don't have problem with how the staff operates, actually I don't see why people would have problems, after all the staff is only human like you all and I, so they're bound to make mistakes like the rest of us. I just see it is, if people don't like how things are being enforced by the rules or don't like how the mods operate then maybe they should just leave and stop their complaining that wastes the mods and all the member's time.
If you guys are really under a lot of pressure then maybe you could use some help by getting a couple more moderators that you will intrust and that will do their best for ffrepublic. There's such a small amount of mods here for such a big group of members, of course it'd be hard to maintain the peace here, that's why you mods should get some other people to be mods too so it'll be easier on everyones half. |
