Yes, it's forum elections that I would like to discuss.
Other forums I've visited a lot of forums that hold 'elections' every 6 months/year.

The members all make up 'parties' earch run by a member of staff and/or senior member. In our case, the parties could also be the clans/guilds etc. Each party will promote what it's standing for and then a vote will be held.

Basically, the elections don't serve much purpose from a ruling point of view. It's like the repubbies, just a bit a of fun and you get a l33t sig picture if your party wins. The party who gains victory also gets deemed the Republic Political Party but they hold no real power.

Sound like fun? If you're not completely clear on the matter just ask and I'll tell you what you need to know

That sounds like a great idea. I'm informing my clan and club of these elections.

It's all about having fun, Taran.

I don't get involved with clubs/clans, but I'll be interested to see how this one turns out.

You don't even have to be in a club/clan. You can make a party up of other members.
Taran, you ever seen the elections on the TV? They have policies and that's was the FFR parties would have
Plus it can be fun if people don't take it too seriously

Hahah, Sounds interesting. We could hold debates.
I wonder what types of parties we would have.
Good idea Eternity.

Do you already have someone making the 'l33t' signature? If not, I will offer my services of course. If I can get a little more info, then I will most definetly organize one.
