Okay, I entered a battle screen with Element. I was able to attack more then once in a row. This would make it unfair to some, because they don't have Broadband or something.
Also, the screen overlaps in the middle if your running 800x600 XD.
I was able to enter a battle with Psyblast while having 0 HP. I attacked him thinking he was there. I hadn't accepted the battle and he was already in the battle screen talking to me in the messages. When I entered there was already 2 messages and he could have attacked me.  I attacked him and now he's weak. I was at 0 HP the entire Psyblast battle.  He hit me once, and it ended.
