Believe me, moderating a forum is hard work sometimes, especially large ones.
And you know, the drama that I've seen in this thread is just starting to get out of hand. The Republic HQ is for announcments and mannerful discussion (I think...) of them, not for outright flame wars.
And if you think FFR is a mess that's run by people that don't know what they're doing, then why do you guys continue to come here? It doesn't make sense... |

No offense or anything Rei, but you're laughing at yourself a few months back. Firstly, I dont remember telling people how they should be doing their jobs while I wasnt on staff. While I was on staff I did because nothing ever got done, but i didnt while I wasnt. Yes FFR does go up and down all the time, in atmosphere and literally, but if nobody cared enough, or didnt bother enough to try to make a better forum then there'd be no point in this place being here.
I'm not ashamed of myself for trying to sort something out and actually sticking with something instead of going off because of one person, or because you consider yourself too good for this forum now.

The drama isnt wanted, the drama isnt necassary and it is NOT caused by the staff, it is caused by members who decide they want to argue with every single decision that the staff makes because they think they know better and at times because they want to cause trouble and conflict. Ever heard the term **** stirrer, well theres a few of them here at FFR, and they really arent helping matters.

Correction, its not unnecessary, as comic relief is needed when people are being over serious pompous *****s, and not unwanted, as I wanted to do it. The whole aim of the post, was to be pointless, incase you didn't notice. So shutteth the **** up.

Edit 2: Sorry Turks, but you're one to talk about drama. Seeing as the members of the staff who WEREN'T kissing ass and doing as they were told, were complaining about the actions of Mazen, resulting in drama. You were a part of that.
Hell, before Mazen, people were causing drama about Eric and his actions. Hence why I say that FFR wouldn't be FFR without its plentiful amounts of drama. |

Back then there was a reason for it, things needed to be changed. Right now things dont need to be changed yet, you arent even giving us a chance after just a few days. As far as I know none of you can see into the future and so you should try to let things come to you instead of you attempting to go to them and then just guessing because you dont really know whats going to happen, you're just presuming because of past version of this forum. |
