| I think it would be good to leave this thread open for awhile longer. Members have had the chance to have their say on the staff, and I think that is great, and should continue. I know afterlab pretty much closed the case, but a lot of the discussion in this thread is very valuable... |

Also, Kevin...don't respond to Zelnaga's thoughts. It's really not worth it. As much as I believe that members have valid opinions, he doesn't know what he's talking about. He's ignoring facts and making biased posts which aren't even worth a second glance. |

The only other point I would liek tomake in conjunction is that many of you are going to limit your searches for new staff or to replace staff merely in the Veteran minority. I will be the first to say that this would be wrongful to do, as I see many below veteran status, (which has recently been risen to a year and 1000 posts, which half of you have NOT done) , that are as good or better than some of the mods you have in place. Just a thought...to ponder over.

FFR is much like a society. We can IMPROVE things, and nothing will be perfect. Some requests are modests (De-modding Gad being one of them). However, mutiny will not help at all. In fact, it will destabilize the staff and we'll lose some precious mods and econs. Not to mention that the entire Republic is seeing how divided the staff is right now, and the leadership aspect may be in jeopardy (or should I say IS).
I don't really have an opinion about this. I think, however, that threatening the administration is the worst thing possible. I know you have been through a lot, but THERE ARE other ways, you know. This one will not accelerate the process.
I understand your intentions and what you're trying to do. And as a member, I thank you. However, please stop this. It will get none of you anywhere. |
