I've talked to Heidegger in IM a few times, so maybe it just makes more sense to me.

Whenever two of the people that are in the tournament are online, and they are both "Ready" to challenge each other, then Heidegger will declare a match, and we can get this started.

As of yet, no two competitors have been on to challenge each other. That's all.
