| Well yeah, I figure if nine out of twelve people nominate the same person, those nine people are also going to vote for that person. I was going to make it 50%, but I figured that'd cause controversy, so I went with a "major majority rules". |

| Yeah good idea, going with 50% may not work simply because there may be some memebrs people ahve forgotten about unti lthey see someone else has voetd for them. 75% seems good though. |

Honestly, how much time does it take to make thirty nominations? Take ten minutes out of your day, and get it done right now, and bam, no problems. Ja? Simple.  |

I just don't see the purpose of it taking a week or longer for people to make their nominations.
If it's that big of a deal, really, then someone else set a deadline, because it really doesn't matter to me. I just figured we'd get on with it and dish out the awards as soon as possible. I'm not too troubled with the work, it's just...boring to wait.  |
