We have reached a consensus on a couple of promotions, so Khaeos Drao-Kin and Twist have both been promoted to Economic Officers. Both of them have displayed exemplary behaviour around the forums since their reopening, so let's all give a big congratulations to them. I'm sure they'll do fine.

I expect there to be one additional round of promotions; we're currently discussing that in the Staff Lounge.
