Esthar city, 3:00 am, 7 years after the world was saved from the hand of the sorceress. "How es de project comink along?" asked dr. Odine. "just fine sir, the parameters are set," said dr. Odine's newest assistant, Ezekial Craft "we should be ready to begin, momentarily." They were in the lab working with some strange contraption that seemed familiar "Very good, Eshekial, you vill go far in zis buizziness," Dr. Odine sounded excited.
"Agh! its veen an houver now, vats takeink so lonK," exclaimed an overly impatient Odine. "Look doctor, the technology the sorceress used is difficult to use correctly," said Zeke. "Alright the machine is ready," Zeke said excitedly. "Throw, de main svitch!" yelled Odine, sounding a bit scary. "But dr. shouldnt we test it in the simulator first?" said Zeke. "Bah! vat better way to test it then do it for real" Odine yelled "Now! Throw de svitch!" "Whatever you say, your the Dr." Zeke said, as he pulled the lever. "Yesh its verkink its verkink." screamed Odine "My Beautiful Machine is verkink." The entire city began to shake, people were running out of there homes.
The machin suddenly Powers down. "VAAATTT!?" screamed Odine "Vy has my machine powered down!" "I don't know doctor" said Zeke, "Everything was done correctly."
A few seconds later Laguna bursts through the door. "What In the name all that is holy was that!" Laguna had a few more wrinkles than before. "Nothink, nothink sir." said a pretty freaked out Odine "just testink some new material." "It felt like the entire city was trying to shake from the earth!" said Laguna, "I assure you sir nothink has gon vrong!" suddenly Zeke jumped up, somthing was wrong he looked scared"Doctor!, I Feel strange, somethings happening to me!" Then as if there were nothing there to begin with, His body seemed to dissapear in a whirlwind of energy. |

| The accents are incredible man must have taken a while , so is the originality , this story has the beginnings of somthing great |

Meanwhile, right out side balamb, on the ship Ragnarok, Squall and Zell were talkin over a few drinks about the last battle they had with a ruby dragon. "Hah hah yeah, then you grabbed it by the horns and started kicken it in the jaw!" Squall, laughin like crazy, he looked older, with longer hair, a blue jacket, and a bit more muscle."Yeah then you nailed in the head, hah hah hah!" Laughed a very different Zell with long hair and some denim jeans on, he seemed as immature as ever. "Hah hah hah hah!" They laughed together.
"What the hell do you think you guys are doing" a more curvatious Rinoa walked into the rec. room, wereing a very short black scirt and a fairly revieling blue top. "Whoa!" Squall stands up quikly spilling his drink all over himself "Sorry, uhh..deer we were just talking" Squall, seeming like he was about to solute. "Yeah Rin come on we were just talkin and havin a few drinks, calm down a bit," said zell, a bit drunk. "Whatever you were doing, there was a huge earthquake, why are you just sitting here," Rinoa, exclaimed "Earthquake!?" they said at the same time."
Back at the Lab. "Wha... What the hell just happened here!?" Laguna, surprised. "Uhh heh heh, nothink sir, just a.. uhh...a vittle zet bak, yesh a zmall zet bak." Odine, confused himself. "agghh!" Odine yelled as he began to dissapear along with his assistant"Vats happenink to me!" "Doctor!" Laguna ran to grab him, but tripped and fell into nothing"Doctor where did you go!" "Doctor!" Then Laguna dissapeared in the same storm of energy.
All around the world, people began dissapearing, but no one knew the cause. |

After just 5 hours, the only people left in the world were the people of Balamb. "What are we supposed to do!?" yelled Headmaster Cid. "There is nothing we can do, soon all of us will be gone, but to where i do not know, all we CAN do is wait," said a seemingly calm Squall. "rrrgghh! What! so we just sit here and wait for the entire population to dissapear from the planet!" Zell, very angry. " There is nothing we can do, that is, for now,"Squall, trying to calm him. "hmph! you better know what your doing." Zell leaves the room.
Just after Zell angrily ran out of the office, a man came runing in, yelling his head off "Help! Help!" he screamed,"Every one in balamb city has dissapeared!" He storms into the headmasters office,"You have got to Hel...." before he could finish the sentance, he was taken by the foolish experiment of Odine. "Damnit, in a matter of minutes all of as will end up like him!" Rinoa, screamed. "I know, I Know," Squall, his hanging down. "Ackkk!," Cid grabing his chest, with his right arm. "Headmaster!" Squall ran to his aid. the headmaster hung, dead, in squalls arms. "A heart attack, must have been too much to take for his old body."
Zell walking down the hall unawhere of the Headmasters recent death,"God! i cant take any more of this, I need to get somthin ta eat," Zell, said to himself headin for the lunch room, "Hmm everyone's gone, what a surprize, guess i get to serve my self," Zell grabbing every hotdog in site. Zell sat down on a near by bench. Zell began stuffing his face, "Ulp," zell was gone, his half eaten hotdog sitting there on the table.
Soon the only people left on the planet were, Rinoa and Squall. They held each other, "Looks like were next, all we can do is hope," Squall held her tightly in his arms, as they both were blanketed in the energy.
Everyone had left the face of the earth, Headmaster Cid's dead body was all that remaned.
"Wha... where am I," said a very dissoriented Squall, There was machinery every where, "What is this place?" |

"God, what a hangover," Squall stands up and looks around the strange new surroundings. "Where the hell is this place," It seemed to be a old broken down city, there were very few people in sight. There was an old woman standing near where he appeard, "Exuse me, miss were is this place?" Squall asked her. But the old woman seemed frightened and ran off. "Wait, i just wanna know were i am!" he ran after her a bit then stopped she had gone. "Exuse me young man," It was an old man, but in top shape, he had dirty blonde hair, and goggles on his head, looked to be in his early/late fifties, "You ask where you are, why you are in the great **** hole that is Midgar city, atually its quite nice up top, but down here in the slums this is about as good as it gets, but i dont live here," "Why would you come to a place like this then?" Squall asked. "Hmm you seem pretty calm for a guy who just appeard outa thin air, but if you must know, im here for some spare parts," "Spare parts? seems like trash to me," ansewred squall. "Hah kid you got alot to learn about this place you gotta take what you can and make the best of it," Cid, picking up what seemed be a small propeller, "Cause its all your gonna get." Cid wondered off, Squall followed just behing him.
"Hey, you wouldnt happen to know how i got here would you?" he asked "Kid ive been through alot of pretty F#$%&ed up **** in my life time, but ive never seen anyone appear from another world before," Cid answered. "Hey how did you know i came from another world, i never told you that," Squall, with new curiosity. "Uhh... lucky, there is someone who knows alot about this kinda stuff, ill take you there tommarow, wait at the inn in sector 5m ill meet you there, another one just like you is there, now get outa here ya bother me." "~someone else huh, could it be Rinoa? gotta hurry!~" Squall thought to himself.
Squall began to walk quickly toward sector 5 when he noticed, a paper on one of the broken down houses, -wanted- -the notorious terrorists Avalanche- it read. "What nice place I ended up in," Squall sarcastically. |
