The poem "Down" caught my eye, particularly the second stanza, where the persona is being looked down upon.
"Nameless" makes me remember long lost friends who forgot me a long time ago.

Everything I write comes from the heart. But, it can only be done when I am depressed... I can't seem to write poems when I am happy; they turn out nasty. I had alot of spare time on my hands to I just... well... wrote some stuff down that was paining to get out.
I feel a whole lot better after writing them down. Believe it or not, it clears my mind.. makes it at rest for more important things to think about in my life.

I’m so damn frustrated, life is but a sin
My love for you grows each minute
I promise, I will bind myself to you
Can’t you see what’s happening to me?
If a drip of water was a kiss, I’d grant you a sea
You mean too much to me, I can’t forget you
If only you’d be mine, I can show you… I swear
One mans dream is another’s hell
You know I’m scared to ask you
Rejection would only seem to fit for me
I’m dreaming the dream of a miracle
Only a genie can help me now…

| Soulstone, you are a very talented poet! You have a lot of compassion within your poetry and you have a very simple but moving way of writing, but you also throw your emotions into your poetry and that helps the reader feel more intune with what your feeling when they read it. I really do like reading your poetry! |

Silver lining, of a cloud
Shining brightly on my crown
Annoying, light from a sky so dark
Hateful, wisdom of a mind broken in two
Silver lining, of a cloud
Sliver of light, seeing you I might
Dream, or fall away, or exhale more rage
Silver lining of a cloud
Stupid beams of happiness lost
Foolish glance of a past I've forgot

Run away from me again
Leave me here
