Anyways it's not bad, as I mentioned the proportions are dodgy but in these stylistic drawings I guess that doesn't matter, probably part of the style really but that's why so many people look down on manga and that as it's so easy to draw. Anyway the colouring is nicely done, although it looks a bit flat.
I would offer some suggestions on how you could possibly improve it, but I don't think any of those would fit the style. So I'll shut up now.
