hmmm...my clan Excalibur isn't really in need of members but really like one veteran member to join so u could write excalibur in need of members and next to it (looking 4 a vet member) if u could, if not than 4get it. 
EDIT: if ur asking y do we need a vet its cuz the n00bs of the clan doesn't knoe hardly nething abt the battle system also to teach them stuff. |

| Excalibur already has 10 members and 1 person on the waiting list Kryptonite. I have done as you asked but I can't send someone to a clan that's already full unless they are guaranteed a spot. =/ Get back to me on that with your clan leader(s) ok? |

Question Kryptonite... what will you do if you get a vet applicant? You have 10 members listed, is there someone that is inactive?
Clans looking for members:
Excalibur (0 positions open, 1 on Wait List, looking for veteran member)
FFR Vampires (0 positions open, no wait list showing, will be removing 2 or 3 inactive members shortly)
Ragnarok (1 position open)
Red Dragon Syndicate (4 positions open)
Tantalus (8 positions open, currently on second page...)
Clans currently full:
Kilika Nine (0 positions open, 2 on Wait List)
Spira Six (1 position open, 2 Applicants, will choose one of the two)
Valhalla (0 positions open, 0 on Wait List)
Members looking for clans:
I will probably start looking at some of the other guilds out there soon.. but I figured I'd start there  I think what I'll try to do is keep one of these on each page... and edit that one until a new page starts... that way I don't spam the thread with posts everytime someone comes in here and says "I'm looking for a guild!" |

Chiximi, I think there's 2 spaces available in FFRV as they are inactive and the clan is planning to give them the boot. Thanks for checking it out though. Note: You have been upgraded to "Researcher". ^^
Everyone, I just edited, and edited, and edited, AND EDITED my first post (yep 4 times).
Right now I think the problem is to get the newbies here BEFORE they post questions in New Members Inn and Midgar Library. *wonders how to deal with this problem*
EDIT: I took Chiximi's scrolling idea. *points at sig* I figure I post a lot and it might stop some unnecessary threads. ^,-;
Rei: Can you, Gadwinus or Josuke do the authorising of clubs? Cos that thread just keeps on dying. If you could then we could handle that here too. [/efficiency freak] Just an idea (bordem strikes again).

How to get to newbies fast... well... there is the little sidebar of "newest five members". As long as we allocate a single person to do it, we could PM them a quick message about us (so the poor new member doesn't get inundated with PMs from all of us) We should also start adding it to our "new member" greeting... "Hi, Welcome, visit Midgard for FAQs, visit Wanderer's Tavern to look for a guild"...
As for what to include in the FAQ... perhaps a quick blurb on what guilds do... and links to relevant Midgard threads.... |

Sure thing, I'll set up a new "Clan Registration" thread. Any clans that aren't registered need to be registered and will be added to a Master List in the first post of the new thread.
That way, we will have a full list of all registered clans. *Gets to work* |
