Meru, it wasn't that big of a deal. You didn't have to warn the guy. He's learning the ropes in a tough environment, so he's bound to get a little defensive. He's the new kid on the block, so he's already going to be getting **** from the veterans, he doesn't need **** from the staff, too. The kid defends himself. Cut him some slack.

Let's stop handing out warnings like an African hands out AIDS, or our forum will only become less welcome, something the staff has been crying about for a while.
