So that explains why you lost your hair, Ant!
I've never witnessed childbirth, but I've been in the next room over, and by the sounds alone: excruciating. |

| I just hope I don't scream like those women on TV, whom you could probably hear from the other side of town. Is it really THAT painful? |

I wouldn't know, I've never given birth to a child, nor do I have the anatomy needed to make that possible. |

If you don't get the epidural, yes. It's painful. I wasn't planning on it, but I got to 4cm dilated and couldn't handle the pain anymore, so I got the epidural. After that it was easy. I promise, you don't scream like that though. I didn't, even in severe pain. |

I have heard of women that do yoga breathing exercising while giving birth generally don't make a noise or feel that much pain because they're so focus on the breathing and concentration... I don't know if you do yoga, but it is something to look into and practice if you don't want to scream or have it be that painful. |

It's still pretty painful, but it does help a little. |

I've heard the same thing, as well as other exercises outside of yoga that provide physical and mental support, specifically for women preparing to give birth.

From all I've heard, any relief from the pain is helpful, and plenty worthwhile. |

Yeah, except the kind that hurts your baby. I mean, I wouldn't get drunk or anything just to make giving birth easy and let my kid come out with a tail or some equally crazy ****. |

I would really hope not. I wouldn't allow my baby's mama to do anything stupid like that either.. but last I checked, there was a difference between getting drunk and doing yoga.
So try not being a smart-ass and taking my words so literally. |
