| That's a wicked picture with the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. |

Yeah, I'm like 5'11" and I weigh 160 pounds, but it's a compact frame. I placed third in state in wrestling in the 147-pound weight class, back as a junior, so I guess I can do something with it. |

I think that's more so the way I posed my body. I've really just have a average built. My legs and arms yes are pretty thin, but my midsection is in need of work.. hah hah @_@;;
Where are your photos? I'm sure you're skinnier than me. Come to Southern California, I'm no where as skinny as some of the guys I see like today I was in West Hollywood and there goes this skinny guy walking his dog. I'm sure he was around 5'6" and a waist size 26. |

I'd rather be the size I am than much bigger, to be honest. I don't think I could handle being "fat", and I already know I had hold my own against anyone bigger than me, so I'm quite content, myself. |

| Same here. Though I'd like to lose what midsection belly I have, I'm still considered pretty average/on the skinny side? I gained weight in high school for various reasons.... that was probably the worse time of my life ever. |

High school sucked, but now that I'm out and have been out for a couple years, I half-wish I were still there (I got expelled anyways).
But anyways, that's the worst, most-boring part of your body to work-out and get tone. I hate doing sit-ups/crunches/lat pulls.. you get the idea. Boring work. |

Tell me about it. I tend to start and when I take a day off, that just leads to forgetfulness and end up stop doing it. But even if I am good with exercising everyday, I never see results in my stomach area. |

It does take more work on the abs and stomach to show results than basically anywhere else on your body. You can take a day or two off with any muscle grouping outside of the abdomen, you have to work it at least three times a week and a healthy work-out too, not just 50 sit-ups and 50 crunches and be done with it.
Man, I think it would've been easier to have been fat and call it a day. |
