Pros

* Better organisation
* Could have a flashy front page with a member list, rankings, club history and such

Cons

* We'd have to make a new thread
* We'd have to update all links to the club
* We'd have to send PMs out to let everyone know od our change of address
* It may seem like we're snubbing the memory of One Winged Angel, our brave and fearless leader.

Cons - nothing bad about restarting

Pros - More room to show things. Edit first thread. Easier to be recognized. Shows member status. Show members. Give better appreciation and professionalism.
