You can't. Read some posts in the Midgar Library and the Economics Forum, and if your IQ is somewhere around 160, you may have a chance of deciphering them.
Didn't Wakka change his ways before the end of the game? No offense, but I never used Wakka, anyways. I considered him one of my "useless" characters.
