Ahh... finally! You know, there's something a bit suspicious about a forum that insists on a waiting list... and NOT TELLING ME ABOUT IT! And here I am, thinking, "gee, did I mess the activation procedure? Why can't I do anything??". You know, a simple email saying "your account is in the process of being approved" or something similar would do a lot to explain things..... Ah well.
Anyways.... my name is Amry, although lesser mortals (yes, that's YOU) may call me "Amry-sama", "the Great and Powerful Amry" or simply "Sir". I'm new here, so... nice to meet you all. And don't let my overpowering intellect and charisma blind you, please, treat me like your friend who is always right.
Erm... well, I guess I should say something about this forum... let's see...
- I'm pretty impressed with the Word-esque interface. This is the first time I've experienced it.
- This forum's layout pretty nice. Organized, efficient, professional... kudos for the genius who designed it. Must be some distant relative of mine.
- What's the "Now Playing" field for?
- I can attach stuff to my posts? Yay!
- And finally, I'm a bit confused about the "clans" and "republic points" (what's this? A Star Wars, or a FF forum? Make up your mind!)... but, I'm sure it's nothing important. Right?
Well, that's about it. I hope my stay here will be pleasurable... well, for me, of course. See ya. |

The "Now Playing" field is there so you can insert the title of the music you're currently listening to. The CD image should help to give it away but unfortunately it looks like a pineapple ring.

But seriously, I thought it's for you to brag about what games you're playing right now or something... and thanks to the genius in the IT department of my university, that field won't have any meaningful entries anytime soon (I mean, they can furnish equipment costing thousands of dollars, but no speakers? *sigh*) |
