I just finished playing through the game. It's pretty awesome. The battle system is a little weird. The story line itself is worth about 30 hours of gameplay, but there's a gazillion little missions you can do that would really extend the gameplay. (I just didn't bother doing them all the first time through.)
It's also got a new game+ feature which lets you keep your level, materia, and a few other things.
I loved the storyline. I mean, we all know how the story ends, but it's cool to see everything that led up to it. And I love all the little references they make to various parts of FFVII.
Has anyone else played this yet? What do you think of it? I'm easily amused, so I'm not exactly the best judge of quality. |
