Appearance:
He wears a gaudy black suit, leather riding boots, and a long black trench coat.He has strange metallic eye patch(its on his left eye) that allow him to see through objects( walls etc). He has black hair ,Brown eyes and a sly smile that you will always see on his face during battle.
Weapons:
DEVILS PLIGHT - This massive semi-automatic pistol is 39 cm in length, making it too heavy and unwieldy for the average human to use. It fires custom-made armour piercing rounds,its also able to fire Ice Genki bullets(Ice Genki are bullets that form ice over its target ex a persons arm got shot by one of the bullets that arm would slowly begin to be covered in Ice) .Rumors began spreading that the gun could only hold 30 bullets . The creator of the gun has always denied this:
"The Rumors are false because DEVILS PLIGHT is able to hold over 300 bullets not just a measly 30"

ANGELS PLIGHT -
This massive semi-automatic pistol is 39 cm in length, making it too heavy and unwieldy for the average human to use. It fires custom-made armour piercing rounds,Its also able to fire Flame Genki bullets(Flame genki Bullets are bullets that set their target in flames ex. a persons chest is shot by one of the bullets that chest would explode into flames burning its victim from the inside ) .The gun is obviously based on DEVILS PLIGHT even the creator admitted this:
."After one of Mr Diamonds agents was extremely pleased with DEVILS PLIGHT ,Mr Diamond contracted us to make a similar gun and we were able to succeed in making that gun(he is obviously referring to ANGELS PLIGHT) "

It should be noted that the creator of the gun only made one DEVILS PLIGHT and one ANGELS PLIGHT.
Abilities:
Regeneration:It allows him to quickly regenerate from bullet wounds etc. although major wounds like lost limbs ect usuually take a few hours(3-7) or maybe even a whole day to regnerate.
Immortality: Once he dies Kentaro can come back to life after 3 months if he is only after the basic human abilities or after 12 months if he wants to be fully restored.
superhuman stregnth:His stregnth is 3 or 4 times stronger than the average man.
Weakness:though he posses super human stregnth Kentaro is not actually skilled in close combat fighting.
Political position:
He doesn't really care about politics.Mostly because of the Mr Diamond fiasco.
Hobbies and Recreation:
He normally goes to strip clubs etc after completing his job.
Personality:
Out side of battle he is generally a laid back individual but during battle he becomes a very different person usually holding back(to allow his opponents to think that they are stronger)to find out if what kind of person they are because if they are just as sadistic as he is he will make their deaths very grewsome but if they are 'good' individuals he will make their deaths quick.
Ambitions:
His main ambition is to find a worthy opponent and to find out what a old friend meant by 'freedom'.
Likes:
Powerful opponents(So that he can at least enjoy the fight longer than just 5 seconds),having sex with good looking women(he is a very shallow guy).
Dislikes:
rapists and pedophiles.
Intelligence:
He knows much about the history of the country and he knows just about every bounty hunter ,merc etc on the market.
Sense of Humor:
He is normally laid back but he does have a sadistic sense of humor when fighting against opponents .
Bio:
The legendary assassin called Devils messenger was once a rookie like all of us :
In Mino city(Which would be called Diamond city many years later)a man watched as his wife gave birth to his son.He and his wife named the child Kentaro after a old war buddy that died.The man knew that he would have to get more involved with the Mafia in order to pay the bills that the child would bring.The child lived a happy and normal life, until he reached the age of 13 because one day after returning home from school he found his parents dead with bullet holes in their chests.At his parents funeral he saw people he had never seen in his life especially the man who was dressed in a white suit(incidentally is Mr Diamond).After the funeral the man dressed in white introduced himself as Mr Diamond, he told Kentaro that his father was a hit man who worked for him and that his father was killed by a rival Mafia group called Mino Lions.Mr Diamond offered Kentaro the chance to get revenge and Kentaro quickly accepted his offer.
For the next 5 years Kentaro would be raised into the perfect hit man learning from the best and also developed a relationship with Mr Diamonds daughter Ruby.Ruby was far from a innocent spoilt child but rather a skilled hit woman (as she liked to call herself)who was 2 years older than Kentaro.It was also during this time period that Mr Diamond eliminated all of his competitors except one the Mino Lions.
Mr Diamond would let his right hand man Wong(nick named the Iron man because of his superb skill in combat) and his newest hit man Kentaro to deal with them.
After many months of investigation Wong and Kentaro(It should be noted that Wong and Kentaro became friends during this time) found out the Mino Lions bosses were hiding out at a factory on the harbour.Kentaro and Wong arrived at the factory to find no resistance at all outside until they entered the factory to find a bomb was waiting for them, just a few seconds before it exploded Kentaro realized that they had been set up.
The scientist Hugo Stevens who worked for Mr Diamond found the 2 heavily wounded hit men and decided that they would be perfect for the Iron God Experiment(A experiment that he kept secret form Mr Diamond).
For the next 7 years Hugo and his team would experiment on the 2 unconscious hit men using the newly developed Iron God cells.Hugo named the cells off a old tale from his home town.
Mr Diamond became the ruler of the city and would change its name to Diamond City,he would also name the day he did this Diamond day.
Ruby became mentally unstable because she lost the one she loved and she quickly became her fathers number one hit woman.
The 8th year after the 'deaths' of Wong and Kentaro.One of Hugos assistants(Krushcove who would go on to be called the Iron Stealer) noticed that subject number 2(Kentaro)had finally woken up.It took Hugo and Krushcove a couple of hours to convince Kentaro to believe in what they are saying is true.Kentaro was filled with sadness and a desire to get vengeance against Mr Diamond.The following day subject number 1(Wong) awoken but unlike subject number 2(Kentaro) he was extremely unstable quickly slaughtering anyone in his path by using his new abilities, most notably the ability to change his skin into solid steel.Kentaro was forced to use his old friends guns(DEVILS PLIGHT and ANGELS PLIGHT).By the time Kentaro confronted Wong most of the facility was destroyed.2 friends battled that day and only one survived.
Kentaro went into hiding,Hugo was killed by his assistant Krushcove who took the surviving notes,Mr Diamond and Ruby checked the facilities cameras to see footage of Kentaro and Wong fighting.The footage troubled Mr Diamond badly because he knew that Kentaro would be after vengeance but Ruby was pleased by this news because to her Kentaro must have survived for her.
Kentaro now wanted vengeance more than anything else and so a week after the deaths of Wong and Hugo he stormed into Mr Diamonds mansion.He battled many guards to work his way into the mansion.The first person he was confronted by when he entered the mansion was Ruby who pleaded with him to run away with her and forget all about the city but Kentaro turned it down telling her that he could never forget what happened in this city.Ruby was now going to kill him because no one ever turns her down.Kentaro easily defeated her and then apologized to her, just shortly before she died from her injuries.
Kentaro now confronted Mr Diamond the most important person in his life and asked him why he betrayed him and Wong.
Mr Diamond replied:
"I betrayed Wong because it would have only been a matter of time before he realized how pathetic I really am and replaced me as the leader.I Betrayed you because I did not want my daughter to marry the son of the person I had killed.You see your father would have prevented me achieving Freedom but now it appears that his son is the one who will take away my freedom"
Kentaro replied:
"I am not the one who is going to take away your freedom because you already did that yourself"
before killing Mr Diamond.
Kentaro went missing for 20 years but he was reportedly the one who killed the Iron Stealer(Iron stealer was the one responsible for selling the information of how to create impure Iron god cells on the black market apparently he didn't manage to get most of Hugos notes).
No one knows how he got involved with the assassin business, I guess that is just something people will have to find out for themselves. |
