I just saw Raine's and Buzz Beer's RP count and it's in the thousands! How did you get all that RP!? Either there's a bug, or there's something I don't know about. Which is it?

Rainecloud is an Economic Officer, therefore she is allowed infinite RP, as am I. Buzz created alot of items, that's why he has so much RP.
