I was asleep and in my absence, people let their fear of the unknown take advantage of them. But yeah, my way of running a forum is to not delete things except for spambots or porn. Otherwise, I like to merge shitty posts into one thread. Because, what's funnier than the ramblings of a madman. Just check out the JOHNTWOK thread. I'd say that the plot is lost because it's out of order, but there was never any plot to begin with.

I like the way the plot is now.

It looks like we had a madman come onto the site and just randomly post weird stuff. Which is probably what you were aiming for in which case great job.

Actually, the WoI explanation makes sense. I know he deleted certain whole topics and forums.

Lol. I could find out why/how...but I think it would be great if the source of his rep remained an urban legend of FFR.

That's why I said it. I'm a voice of reason.

A voice of treason if that prick would still be in charge.

It's also worth pointing out that if threads got moved from general chat to Sector 7 and posts were recalculated after that, the post count for the posts in General Chat would be erased. I'm pretty sure vBulletin doesn't remove post count for threads moved from a post-count section to a no-post-count section, but when it recalculates post count from scratch, it would have no way of knowing what posts were originally made in post-count sections, thus people's post counts would decrease.
That said, I doubt I'd lose about a thousand posts from S7P movings, so Words deleting posts makes sense too. It's probably a combination of both.

So I say live and let live. That's my motto. Live and let live. Anyone who can't go along with that, take him outside and shoot the motherfucker. It's a simple philosophy, but it's always worked in our family.
