| Can this thing be done away with? At least in The club/clan and spam area. It's not really needed and it makes me sad. |

However, tranny porn of the kind Milly described sounds hot.

| I'm gonna ask Mazen about it. Pain in the arse, I know. |

I, too, support getting rid of it. One of my trademark posting habits is changing someone's post slightly and leaving it as a blank quote, and I'm unable to do that with the character limit. |

| Yes i agree with all of you. Removing the character limit is for the better choice, considering clubs and clans, Sector 7 Playground games like stated above will more than likely obtain replies with less than the character limit allows, so removing it in my opinion is for the better choice, however, you have to remember it's good side. That's that it stops spammers in threads just saying things like "lmfao" as a whole post to get a post count. Looking at the positive side of the character limit, i still agree with having it removed. |

| I look at it as the moderators' job to get rid of spam, not the message board's job. |

I can see your point, but it does save the staff a lot of time if there is some member who joins thinking they are superior by spamming. I mean a moderator's job is to stop spam and such but when they have to go through thousands of posts to and delete them one by one to save a good thread for example, it's not on. But yes, it's extremely rare something like this will happen hence i agree.
I bet you now someone decides to join and spams in all quality threads just to prove me wrong. xP |

Bleh, they could spam just as easily by going on about something different to the topic at hand or even just going 'fgdhkjdnds 389-0329!=36sd41r
6223022.ée'.
Meh, it could easily be done by just searching the users latest posts/all posts and deleting whatever needed. They aren't going to rack up 1,000 posts of pure spam before getting warned/banned are they? |

"Mass Prune" works wonders in the case of exceptional forum trolls, I find. |

| I agree with it being removed, especially since S7P is a spam forum and shouldn't require huge long posts. If anyone does spam though, then the member will be warned, after a while the point will get through to the spammers that FFR does not tolerate it. |
