Ummm, I can't access that page where you could edit your signature and add banners and stuff. how do I do?

It's been removed to be upgraded I believe. To edit your sig go to myRepublic > Edit Card and scroll to the sig bit there.

You can still put an image in your signature dude, just go to "Edit Profile", scroll down until you see the white box and input the stuff.
