Every once and a while, I see popup ads on FFR. I don't know if these were intentionally placed, or it's just my localized problem. But it's been happening more and more lately.

It has been doing it to me too. Advertisements popup when I am browsing the FFR forums, and it's becoming annoying.

It might just be spyware though.

Those kinds of ads can come from downloaded programs and such aswell. But I doubt there would be ads on FFR, although I to have experienced this. ;/

I've never had any problems with popups on FFR. Like what Josuke said, its probably just something on your computer causing the problem, like a downloaded spyware program or something.

If I remember, my bro downloaded Kazaa recently. Perhaps that could explain why I had pop-ups when I was browsing through FFR.

Kazaa would definatly be a program which secretly involved pop up advertisements
