Err.. People have RP. Just they START out with no RP. Yes, a majority of the members have 0 RP, because either they are inactive, or unliked.

Well befor i reafreashed every member had Zero RP it was weird

Oh ya After lab how dose one donat items to the item shop and why cant i accses it ????? oh and how did u get so much RP

Red XII -- Read the Republic HQ over and over and over until these answers can actually be answered. My RP is irrelevant, I can set my own RP amount, so I don't really need RP. Same with Rainecloud and Atropos. You cannot donate items just yet, and it's not in the Item Shop, it's the World Map.
