Login, Cookies & Privacy Definitions
1) Invisible Mode- Selecting this to 'yes' will make you to not appear on the 'Who's Online' list.
2) Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)- Pretty self explanitory. Logs you in automatically when you come to the forums.
3) Browse board with cookies?- Clicking this to 'yes' will use cookies to keep your id for this session. Clicking this to 'no' will send it through the links. (Selecting no may cause problems when sharing links with people behind the same proxy as you)
FFR RPG Options
4) Are You Open For Battle?- Selecting this to 'yes' will enable you to battle in our RPG competitions and battles.
5) Receive Battle Email Notifications?- If you select 'no' you won't receive any battle notifications by email.
6) Play Background Music?- Selecting this to 'yes' will enable you to listen in on our RPG background music.\\
NOTICE: You must buy this Option from the Gold Saucer to have custom music.
Messaging & Notification
7) Allow Bulletin Board Administrators and Moderators To Send You Email Notices?- Also pretty self explanitory. Selecting 'yes' will allow the administrator(s) to send you an email.
8) Hide Email Address?- Clicking this to 'yes' hides your email address in your public profile, so that it is not accessible by other users.
9) Use 'Email Notification' by default?- Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to every thread that you have participated in.
10) Receive Donation Notifications?- If you select this to 'no' you won't receive any notifications if someone donated to you.
11) Enable Private Messaging?- If selected to 'yes', will allow people to send Private Messages to you.
12) Send you an email when you receive a Private Message?- Also pretty self explanitory. The forums system will send you an email partaining a pm sent to you.
13) Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message?- If selected to 'yes', will pop up a small warning box when you receive a Private Message asking whether you want to view the message.
Thread View Options
14) Show user's signatures in their posts?- If selected to 'yes', will show all user's signatures in posts.
15 Show user's avatar in their posts?- If selected to 'yes', will show all user's avatars in posts.
16) Show image attachments and [img] code in Posts?- Selecting 'no' will not show the image, instead, a hyperlink.
17) Default Thread View:- Options a customized for you to show thread order by date.
18) Default Posts per Thread:- These options are for you to customize the number of posts that are shown on one page of a thread.
Date & Time Options
19) Start of the week- Options are for you to choose what day do you start the week with.
20) Time offset:- Options allow you to select your timezone to even out with the server time.
21) Date format- Options allow you to select which format of date you would like to view.
22) Time format- Options allow you to select which format of time you would like to view.
Other Options
23) Receive Community Bulletin Email?- Option states weather or not you would like to be on the forum's mailing list.
24) Use vBCode quick links on your message input screens?- Enabling this option allows you to quickly manipulate different aspects of your posts including color, font, and size. In addition you can click on smilies to have them inserted into your posts. You may disable this option if it causes problems for you.
25) Style Set:- Options allow you to customize the styles of the forums from your viewpoint.
26) Avatar- Decide which Avatar you would like to use for the FFR Forums here. You must have 10 Posts before you can use a custom avatar.
