I've got a question and a point.
Point
I'm not making anything out of this, but I've noticed that out of all the admin, eco-officers, s-mods and mods, seven of them belong to the Kilika 9 Clan, while 5 belong to the Spira 6 Clan, 3 belong to the Red Dragon Syndicate and then are are fewer numbers in the other clans. I've just noticed that it could be taken as unfair that the Kilika 9 Clan should have way more members in the staff team. I don't think it is, but others could.

3 - Red Dragon Syndicate
Also, my question is......
How would you become a member of the staff in the future?
As, I'd like to take a shot at it, not now, but when I've posted alot more and stuff. |

Staff are members too and we're free to join whichever Clan/Clubs we wish, right? If we were trying to be unfair, we'd just start a Staff Guild. xD
Becoming a mod is merely becoming a person respected by the Staff, because we go on a voting system.   |

| I think he mentioned that because Staff Members have more RP than other members, even though they don't all have unlimited RP, all Staff Members are given quite a bit. |
