lol well how about two people in each group, we can have 10 members in a clan now so that will make 4 avalable classes with two members in each, they should all be equal in authority, which is less than the leaders 
As for what the person should be able to do to get the class, well I havnt thought of that yet, any ideas? one of the classes should at least not have any recomendations to get, and everyone on the boared can at least do something so it shouldnt be hard to get any class if someone wants to join!
