Stay in the clan. When someone leaves the clan or resigns, you slowly move up a rank. At least that's how it worked in the good old days.

*nods* You get moved up as time goes on and as member lists change. Should a commander leave, a mercenary is usually promoted and so on and so forth. The only ranking that requires a vote to be taken (under normal circumstances) is the leadership position.

Hmm. I was wanting some new banners, so, how about for our first KI9 contest; we have a banner competition? xD

The images should be 88x61 to my knowledge, and have "Kilika 9" on them, obviously. xD If you win then...er...we use your banner. xD <3
