People would pay 150 RP ONLY if your work is good mate. I would never pay that amount for a banner that isn't worth it.

Besides, since I make them myself, I don't really need that kind of help. ^)^

a layer is basicaly putting another image over an image, you can make it transeparent and what not, I use a lot of layers in my work, usually at least 10.
