Well, anyone that costs *$$bling$bling$$* you can get for free. Adobe Photo Shop 6.0 is a good program to use.

Do not use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7.

I use Jasc 7 and its fine...but I suggest downloading Photoshop 7, you can get it in KaZaA or Morpheus...or at your local software store for like $700.

Read a few tutorials to learn the basics and the experiment with the filters.... www.photoshopcafe.com has some tuts
