Very Good, My first banner(s) weren't even half that good. You should try to sell some of those banners, you would make a hefty amount of RP.

Your first one was good and your second is much better. If you don't already try using Photoshop 6.0 or even 7.0. I have made 2 banners now (the one below is my second) and I did them in Photoshop 6.0.
