This is better than your other one, IMO. The image placement is quite nice, and the overall composition looks good. Just out of curiiousity, are those lense flares?
TO be honest, I'm not fond of the background though. it's very blurred and indistinguishable. I don't really like the inconsistancy in which it changes from left to right, and IMO, it would look better if the two patterns(?) were blended even just a little.
I like the text though. It's not bad at all. A bit plain, but still, it suits the image.
I definitely see improvement here though. *donates*
