THe first two are nice, but to me it seems like all you did was add a lighting effect. Nice, but you could do so much more to them to make them look better. The first is very dark, and there's not much contrast in there. If I were you I'd tweak the clarity and contrast after adding such a dark effect. That would lighten some parts of it and also bring out any little fragments of colour in the darker area... Some text might make it look less empty too on that dark side.
I like the third one a lot more. I'm not sure if you used brushes or what on that center part but it looks nice. THe only thing I don't like is the text. Something a little lighter I think would suit the image more, but that's just my personal opinion...
I can't really give you any critique for the fourth one, because in all honesty I can't make out what it is. 
The fifth one is nice. The text really fits in well with it, and the colour suits the design. 
I really like the sixth one. The colours are vibrant and the text fits in well.
IMO, the last two are a little plain, but there's great potential there for something great. You're well on your way if you only started making graphics last month. One piece of advice I can give is, try not to shrink the pictures so much. You don't necessarily have to get the whole figure in, just pick one part that looks particularly well. Shrinking them too much can make them indistinguishable, and completely take the look off the image.
I hope you don't mind me giving you some criticism. I don't mean bad by it. Overall I really like your style of graphic making though. I hope to see more. ^ ^ |
