Slap a stylish border on it. It'd work imo.

Lower the brightness, add a bit more contrast, and yeah, some colour balance layers. And perhaps some typo, but not really sure that'll fit.

Borderless tags look tacky, imo. Borders make it seem more complete. Even if it's just a 1 pixel black border. You should put one on! What's the harm in not putting a border on?

I have to agree with Semir, I don't feel borders are always necessary - depends on the style of the tag IMO.

What exactly did you do other then add a lot of white and some colorful lines that really don't go with it because of how washed out the stock colors are ?

You've killed this tag with that overwhelming white. It just takes over the whole peice. Leaving the stock looking extremely small in its midst.

Those colorful lines look out of place. Their dominate the stock because of how rich in color they are and how sharp when everything else looks washed out and soft.

Now I could be wrong but it looks like you just brushed over the background of the stock and did those lines.. What I am getting at is nothing is really evident because of the white.

I suggest you work on your colors and tone down the white a lot so we can actually see whats going on. A typo wouldn't hurt aswell.

why do you need to see what is going on?

the tag is supposed to be 'washed out'. also, the lines are mere try of creating some contrast to the more red tone of colors over the stock and as well to work with the light blue bg.

also, this tag is just a picture i took from KH2 and I added some gradient ****, color balance, a render and some few shapes, plus some distorting tech. i also messed with the original picture, sharpening, blur bla bla bla on different layer types. you know, to take a somewhat boring picture and add some bling bling to it.

also, not so big on typo's, not because they look bad, just that i have a hard time creating some well placed typo's.

and thanks for the comments.
